U11 Parish Cup 🏐

A fantastic day of football for our U11s on Sunday as Robertstown took part in the Parish Cup, hosted by Ballyteague.

There were some fantastic games played throughout the day between Robertstown, Milltown, Allenwood and Ballyteague, with plenty of great football, teamwork and sporting spirit on show. It’s brilliant to see all our parish teams out together, getting involved and enjoying the game we all love. 👏

The majority of our U11 team were missing on the day, so a huge thank you to our U10 girls who stepped up and joined the team for us. They were absolutely brilliant and did themselves proud! Special mention for our goal keeper Sofia O Sullivan who did an outstanding job 💙👏

A huge thanks to Ballyteague GAA Official for hosting such a great day and for the lovely presentation of medals to all the players. 🏅

Well done to all four teams and everyone who took part — a great day of football and great sportsmanship all round! 💙

And finally, a special well done to Ciara Lawlor for winning the coaches’ penalty shootout… even though she was shooting for Milltown! 🤣⚽️
