CFR Open Night

On Wednesday, 21st of October, the Lock 19 Allen District CFR Group are holding one of their open nights at Robertstown GAA Club House at 8pm.

We urge as many as possible to attend. The skills and knowledge gained by attending could save the life of a loved one, neighbour, friend or stranger.

There will be CPR demos and practice sessions for all as well as AED familiarisation and general first aid.

It will be a brief evening and a fantastic way to learn some basic life saving techniques.

This is ideally suited for GAA coaches, Soccer coaches, community groups, men/women sheds, and anybody who would like to learn these valuable skills.

CFR volunteers will be there to guide and assist EVERYBODY through it and answer any questions in relation to CPR and indeed their Community First Responder Group activities.
